behind local priorities, with a clear focus on
people as well as places.
As we approach Christmas, I’ve been reflecting on the difference we’ve made together for communities across Hull, the East Riding and beyond. Over the past 15 years, Humber Learning Consortium (HLC) has worked alongside VCSE and community-based delivery partners to attract £73.5m of investment into the local area – funding that has changed lives.

Jumping on the band wagon, we thought why not produce our own HLC 2024 Unwrapped to recap on our key achievements. It’s a chance for us to look back on the great things we made happen and what made it an unforgettable year.
