Help and assistance for tendering available to voluntary and community groups
- Is your organisation losing its grant funding?
- Is your service level agreement coming to an end?
- Are you expecting to deliver public services?
- Will you have to tender for work?
- C.E.R.T. (Community Economic Regeneration Team) have been commissioned to help 30 organisations meet these new challenges and the good news is that it will not cost the successful organisations anything to access the help.
This may include interventions to assist in the development of trading arms, local area agreements and contracting with the wider public sector.
What help can we offer
Some or all of the following:
- An in depth diagnostic of your organisation to examine where you are now and where you want to go
- A review of your management systems
- A review of your financial systems
- Training of managers and staff to meet new challenges
- An examination of your quality systems
- A check on your policies and personnel procedures
- Assistance to fill any identified gaps
- Help you to manage the changes within your organisation
- Signposting to other sources of help and assistance
- We can also help you to investigate diversifying your sources of income and become more enterprising
How can we access the programme
Places are strictly limited and will be offered over the next nine months to organisations selected on their willingness to generate new income streams and readiness to take part in the programme

- Current activities
- Number of employees and volunteers
- Future activities you would like to develop
- The issues you face in developing them
- The help you would like from us
- How quickly you could start to take part in the project
- This does not need to be any longer than 2 sides of A4
