How many times have you received a document or a web link to a document, which, while of some interest, requires a considerable input for you to extract those elements which are of use. Time you can probably ill afford.
Similarly, how many Executive Summaries, made available by the publishers of the document, while somewhat lighter, still require considerable energy on your part to locate the useful bits.
Of course, like you, we have considerable demands made on our time and at times, due to our resources being stretched, we may miss a crucial document.
