What is the Humber Technical Assistance (HTA) partnership?

Under view of Humber BridgeThe HTA partnership provides technical assistance (TA) to Humber based organisations who are delivering European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) activity. We will do this until June 2015, the end of the current programme.

This is the second technical assistance project that we have worked on. The first HTA project focussed on promotion and awareness of ERDF. This second phase is more concerned with supporting organisations to manage and deliver their ERDF projects.

We work closely with Department of Communities and Local Government (DCLG), the funding body, to assist with programme delivery and agreeing future project proposals that could fill current investment gaps.

We will also assist projects at risk of under performance of results targets.

A further element of the project will be to help to shape the future of ERDF funding in the Humber and support Local Enterprise Partnerships (LEPs) to develop their strategic role.

The partnership consists of the following organisations:

 - East Riding of Yorkshire Council

 - North Lincolnshire Council

 - Hull City Council

 - North East Lincolnshire Council

 - Knowledge Exchange, University of Hull

 - Humber Learning Consortium (HLC)

  - CERT Ltd

We work closely with LEPs to support their EUSIF strategy development.

- Humber LEP

 - Business Inspired Growth - YNYER LEP
