Federation for Community Development Learning (FCDL)
The FCDL supports a network for individuals, organisations and groups interested in community learning and to share information and good training practice. The Learning and Skills Improvement Service is the new sector owned body, formed from CEL and QIA to develop excellent and sustainable FE provision across the sector. LSIS will work in partnership with all parts of the sector to provide vision, leadership, clarity and high quality support; practising and enabling continuous self improvement and capacity building.
Open College Network Yorkshire and Humber Region (OCNYH)
The Open College Network supports learning and widens opportunity by recognising achievement through credit based courses and qualifications, promoting social inclusion, wider participation and community transformation. The OCNYHR is a networking organisation, licensed by the National Open College Network (NOCN) to provide local accreditation and access to national qualifications to learning providers Membership includes Voluntary and Community Organisations, and other adult and community learning providers.

Yorkshire Forward
Yorkshire Forward is the Regional Development Agency charged with improving the Yorkshire and Humber economy. The Regional Economic Strategy provides the 10 year framework (2006-2015) of common priorities for economic development in Yorkshire and the Humber, around which businesses, public agencies, voluntary groups and communities can focus their investment and effort.

The Learning and Skills Network (LSN) is an independent not-for-profit organisation committed to making a difference to education and training. They aim to do this by delivering quality improvement and staff development programmes that support specific government initiatives, through research, training and consultancy; and by supplying services directly to schools, colleges and training organisations. The LSN provides a range of resources and programmes, including Key Skills Support, Vocational Learning, and E-Learning and Technology.

National Association for Voluntary and Community Action (NAVCA)
NAVCA is the national voice of local third sector infrastructure in England. Theye aim to ensure communities are well served by the local third sector by supporting our members and their work with over 160,000 local groups and organisations. NAVCA believes that local voluntary and community action is vital for healthy and inclusive communities.
National Institute of Adult Continuing Education (NIACE)
NIACE works to support an increase in the total numbers of adults participating in formal and informal learning in England and Wales, and to ensure that the quality of their learning experiences is the highest possible.

VCS National Learning Alliance
The VCS National Learning Alliance (VCSNLA) is an initiative that aims to create a strong, influential national 'voice' for VCS providers of learning. In 2007 it was agreed that the VCSNLA would work with relevant organisations in the VCS, government departments, and other strategic national organisations to support the interests of VCS providers.

Capacitybuilders is a non-departmental public body (NDPB) set up in 2006 to take over the management of the ChangeUp programme and to work with other funders to build the capacity of the Third Sector. We exist to create a more effective third sector and we do this by improving support for third sector organisations.
